Nightly $40

Weekly $150

Monthly $165 plus electric

Yearly $1650 plus electric (Only available in May)

Yearly Rates

Yearly rates should be paid on or before May 1, 2023. Yearly rates are ONLY offered during the month of May. Monthly rates will be $165.00 per month. If paying monthly, payment is due on the 1^st of each month. If payment is not received by the 7^th day of the month there will be an additional $25.00 late fee. if the account is not paid in full by the 1^st of the following month campers will be asked to vacate the premises within 24 hours.

No refund will be issued if you choose to leave before your contract is up. It is the responsibility of the camper to mail the rent or make arrangements to pay in person. Check or money order may be mailed to:

Each camper will be responsible for paying their electric bill. Electric will be due on the 1^st of each month. If the balance is not paid by the 10^th of the month there will be an additional $20.00 late fee. If the balance is 30 days late camper will be evicted.
