Campground Policies

Campers agree to follow the rules of the campground or the rental contract will be revoked. Violation of the rules and regulations may result in eviction from the campground without a refund.

  1. Campsites will be registered to the person that has a signed contract with Loehr’s Campground & Resort.
  2. There is a maximum of one RV and two vehicles per campsite.
  3. Cutting trees or driving nails or any other objects in trees is prohibited.
  4. Fire rings are not to be used as trash disposal. There is trash service on site.
  5. This is a rural area in a country environment. Please do not leave any food exposed for any length of time or feed ANY wildlife! This causes a wildlife nuisance.
  6. Registered campers are responsible for all their guests and unless staying overnight guests need to be gone by 10:30 p.m.
  7. Absolutely no fireworks or firing of firearms on the premises!
  8. Dogs are allowed on the premises with the understanding that:
    • All dogs shall be on a leash or chained at all times!
    • Campers are responsible for maintaining their animals.
    • Dogs barking constantly is prohibited and will result in removal from the campground.
    • ALL DOGS ON THE PREMISES MUST HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE VACCINATION RECORD ON FILE WITH US!
  9. Campers agree to use the premises for camping only, no sub-leasing.
  10. Campers are responsible for maintaining their campsite and keeping it clean and free from debris at all times.
  11. All campers will also accept all camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Loehr’s Campground & Resort and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property or injury to he/she person arising from the facility.
  12. No new construction is to be erected without prior written approval from Campground management.
  13. Loehr’s Campground & Resort shall have the absolute full right to evict any campers for non-payment of rent, violation of any rules or regulations, or if we receive noise or disturbance complaints. The remainder of prepaid rental fee will be forfeited, and campers will have 24 hours to be moved out or law enforcement will be notified.

14.1f Loehr’s Campground & Resort is required to start legal proceedings or enforce or recover from breach of contract, Loehr’s Campground & Resort shall recover all costs that incurred, together with attorney fees.
